Ultimately, we all have the same general goal when we put our house on the market for sale...To sell our home as quick as possible for as much as possible! My purpose is to make sure that you achieve your goal, period.  So, what can I offer you that my fellow realtors are unable to deliver?  I'm glad you asked!

Of course, I do all of the basic stuff that everyone else does.  I will break down the basics within three groups; traditional(Most realtors fall within this category), advanced methods(the more assertive realtors are here), and Methods That Work(I'm proud to say that I'm here;  I will, of course, perform the useful tasks in the previous two categories)

Traditional Methods:          

  1.  List your house in the MLS 
  2.  Put a sign in your yard and hopes someone calls me. 
  3.  Place an add in the Sunday Paper and wonder why it doesn't work.
  4.  Include a listing in some outdated Real Estate Periodical.
  5. Tell Aunt Sally and the rest of the family and hold my breath.

Advanced Methods:

  1.    Create Virtual Tours for potential buyers and their agents
  2.    Use a toll free number with recorded information on your home
  3.    Have a personal website to promote and capture leads
  4.    Implement IDS technology to capture leads from website
  5.    Plug your listing on Facebook, My Space, Active Rain...etc...

Methods That Work:

  1. Acquire a strong Twitter Following to promote all related services (I'm         60,000 strong) Very Very Powerful, if used properly
  2. Create integrated html flyers to be displayed via Google and other search engines.    
  3. Integrate YouTube Virtual Tours with personal website and Twitter to boost rankings.
  4.  Use Pay Per Click ads to help generate organic traffic on YouTube to get   your tour visible
  5. Use very specific keywords for Google Adsense and Yahoo Pay Per Click campaigns.  If the proper converting keywords are used, we will not generate much traffic, but the traffic will have a very high conversion rate.
  6. List your home on National Real Estate Search engines such as Google Base, Trulia, Zillow, Oodle, and many others. This helps target potential buyers who are not working with an agent yet.
  7. Use text messaging and other tools to get your listing  in front of buyers who aren't ready to talk to an agent yet. 
  8.  Continually work on SEO (search engine optimization)
  • This is the most powerful tool that no one uses properly and can produce the most significant results, by far.  However, most agents are so busy trying to cram the Marketing World within the confines of the Real Estate business, that they miss the forrest for the trees.  I am not a Realtor or builder or developer....I am a Marketer with a license in Real Estate.  This makes me especially effective, as I do not waste my time trying to fit the enormous world of marketing within the much smaller confines of real estate.  I spend my time finding ways to let the real estate world flourish within the limitless possibilities of the Marketing World.  This allows me the opportunity to offer you the most efficient marketing campaign available within the Real Estate industry at any time, as I spend all of my spare time learning and emplementing cutting edge, targeted marketing.
